Jefferson - closing arguments

Jefferson's plan for America is the best. Sure Hamilton's plan will earn us a lot of money for a little while, but in the long run, we will end up in poverty. Look at Europe for example, most of their people are in poverty because of working in factories for 12 hours a day, every day for next to nothing. Jefferson's idea is to have more farms and grow crops and trade with Europe for other things we need such as weapons. We would have more control over our food amount so we can grow our own food and keep what we need of it for our families and trade the rest for other supplies. We could also trade with other people that live near you for their supplies that they are growing. In conclusion, Jefferson's plan is much better for our country in the long run and Hamilton's plan would have America in poverty after a while.
